Your
pediatric dentist
Your dentist is George Andreadis.
He graduated from Thessaloniki Dental School in 1996.
He also obtained a diploma after two years of postgraduate studies
in Periodontology, Implant biology and Preventive dentistry.
Afterwards he served for a period of 20 months in
general dental practice in the army.
Then he undertook specialist postgraduate training
in Pediatric Dentistry at the Leeds Dental Institute, a world –
leading University in this specific specialty.
He has published articles
in professional journals* and has lectured in Britain and
Europe. He is also a clinical tutor at the University of Thessaloniki.
He has worked in England as a dental officer joining the NHS and
since 2003 he works in his own practice in the city center of Thessaloniki
specializing in children and special needs people.
A great percentage of his patients are adolescents
and children with dental phobia.
He has a special interest and expertise in aesthetic
dentistry, dental anomalies, dental trauma and sports dentistry.
Slow release fluoride device
·A new invention for the prevention of tooth
caries and the cure of sensitivity.
A small device made of soluble glass that dissolves
in the mouth slowly and releases Fluoride 24 hours a day for up
to 2 years.
It is easily placed on an upper molar (Andreadis
G & Toumba KJ 2003).
